Your guide will take you through the first two portal gates talking about the place and buildings while passing the first courtyard. After security checks and entrance, there will be some more introduction about what to see inside like the council hall, arms and armoury section or holy relics and more. Then, you can just enjoy the palace at your own pace. You can enjoy a long coffee break in-between looking over a spectacular Bosphorus view or quickly finish your walk around.
