Location: Cliff Beach Hotel and Spa is situated high on the rocky southern shores of the bay of Obzor. The complex overlooks the nearby Irakli Beach and opens breathtaking views of the Black Sea.

Beach: The nearest beach is unguarded, with free access of about 150 m, reaching the stairs. Beach Obzor, about 15 minutes walk on the beach. Irakli Beach, not far from the hotel, can be reached by car. The sea floor is flat, with smooth access.

Accommodation: The complex consists of four main buildings, located around cascading pools, artificial rivers and gardens. It is oriented towards the sea, so that the sun's rays can penetrate all parts of the complex. All rooms and apartments at Cliff Beach and Spa are designed to provide you with the ultimate in luxury and comfort. The hotel has a total of 140 rooms, apartments and studios overlooking the sea. DOUBLE ROOM 2+0 ECONOMY: Approximate area of 25 sq. m. The rooms are equally furnished as standard but are located on the ground floor. Has 1 double or 2 single beds, free internet access, air-conditioning, free safe, telephone, satellite TV, bathroom with bathtub. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults.

STUDIO 2 + 1: Approximate area of 30 sq. m. Studio has one queen-size bed, a extensible sofa bed, kitchenette with fridge, electric kettle and microwave, free internet access, air-conditioning, free safe, telephone, satellite TV, bathroom with shower. Maximum occupancy of 3 adults.

APARTMENT 2 + 2: Approximate area of 60 sq. m. The apartment consists of separate bedroom and a living room, a extensible sofa bed, kitchenette with fridge, electric kettle and microwave oven, free internet access, air-conditioning, free safe, telephone, satellite TV, bathroom with shower. Maximum occupancy for 3 adults and 1 child or 4 adults.

APARTMENT 4 + 1: Approximate area of 90 sq. M. It consists of two bedrooms and a living room, a bedroom with 1 double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with an extensible  sofa bed for two, a kitchenette with a fridge, and a microwave, jacuzzi in the bedroom (in some apartments) , free internet access, air-conditioning, free safe, telephone, satellite TV, bathroom with shower. Maximum occupancy of 4 adults and 1 child or 5 adults.



Baby cot is provided with a reservation in advance of 5 BGN per day.

Pets are not allowed.

There are no conditions for accommodating people with disabilities.

About the hotel: The complex has a conference hall for 150 guests, a conference hall for 50 guests, a conference center, a VIP hall for 20 guests, a hairdressing salon, a souvenir shop. Block A is 6-storey building with an elevator in it, in block B – also there is an elevator, in block C – 3-floor and in it there is no elevator, in block D – the hotel part and it is 6-floor and there are 2 elevators in it. Also in the hotel part there are the lobby, the reception-desk, the lobby-bar, the restaurant, SPA and the conference center. Among the various services you can take advantage of  room service, laundry, ironing, dry cleaning, wake-up calls, turn-by-turn, car rental and more.
