Accommodation:The hotel was built in 2003, the last reconstruction was in 2019. The six-storey building is served by 1 elevator. It has 78 double rooms and 8 suites. All rooms with park view have been renovated.

The rooms have two regular beds, sofa bed (110/190) , central air conditioning or individual air conditioning, telephone, safe - free (on request) , mini bar, bathroom with shower, hairdryer and balcony with park view. Maximum occupancy 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.

A baby cot is available free of charge upon prior reservation.

Pets up to 4 kg are allowed for a fee of BGN 30 per day. Pets over 4 kg. are allowed for a fee of BGN 30 per day.
